Whilst I'm sat in the office, all I can hear on a daily basis is the laughter and giggles coming from our lovely little babies and it brings the biggest smile to my face.
Relationships between staff and children is paramount for the emotional development of a baby and we pride ourselves on that here at The Abbey. The trust and bond between babies and staff is clearly visible to see as children will happily explore their surrounding independently, but also enjoy time with staff (who doesn't love a baby cuddle!).
