Here at The Abbey we fully understand the importance of staff morale, having a fun environment to work in and most importantly, feeling appreciated and valued!
We have weekly appreciation, staff member of the month, room of the month and raffle tickets amongst other appreciation ideas. We make it our mission to make sure the staff know just how important they are to us!
